Legal information
Terms of use
The rules governing access to and use of the QLabel service, applicable to anyone creating an account.
Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the QLabel service published by Adnan Be.. Creating an account constitutes unreserved acceptance.
QLabel lets brands centralise their product data, generate QR codes compliant with the GS1 Digital Link standard, publish public product pages and measure how often they are consulted.
Account and access
Opening an account requires accurate and current information. Credentials are personal: their holder is answerable for actions taken from their account and must report any unauthorised use without delay.
Access is organised by organisation, each member being assigned a role that determines their permissions.
Subscriptions and tiers
The service is offered in several tiers, including a free one. Each tier grants entitlements and sets limits — number of references, brands, seats, depth of history.
Paid subscriptions are collected by Stripe. Moving to a higher tier takes effect immediately; a downgrade takes effect under the conditions stated at the time.
An organisation that exceeds the limits of its new tier after a downgrade keeps its public pages online: they are never interrupted. Only editing is frozen until it returns within the limits.
Published content
You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant the publisher the licence strictly necessary to host it, display it on public pages and serve it to consumers who scan your codes.
You warrant that you hold the rights to that content and are answerable for its accuracy, in particular for regulatory particulars — composition, allergens, origin, nutrition values.
Prohibited uses
- Publishing product information known to be false or misleading.
- Diverting the service to distribute unlawful content or content unrelated to a product.
- Attempting to access another organisation’s data, or to circumvent its technical limits.
- Subjecting the infrastructure to disproportionate automated load.
Availability and liability
The publisher takes reasonable measures to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Maintenance may suspend it temporarily.
The publisher cannot be held liable for the content of product pages published by brands, nor for the consequences of incorrect information they have entered.
Termination
You may terminate at any time from your billing area. The publisher may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, after formal notice has gone unheeded except in urgent cases.
Closure unpublishes product pages and deletes data under the conditions described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, disputes fall to the competent courts.
